We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it.
14-day return window
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.
How to return
- Email support@rootsofeagle.com with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the parcel back with a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the price of the returned items within 14 days by bank transfer to an account you provide. Original shipping costs are refunded only for full-order withdrawals within the EU, as required by law.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us in your return request and we will reserve the new size for you, subject to availability.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
