Payment methods
Cash on delivery is available for deliveries to Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia. Customers in the European Union pay by bank transfer. Unpaid bank transfer orders are cancelled automatically after 5 days.
Customs and duties
For shipments outside the customs territory of the country of dispatch, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
