These terms apply to all purchases made on this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
After you place an order you receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if payment is not received in time; in that case any payment received is refunded in full.
Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives (available in selected countries only).
- Bank transfer: transfer the total to our bank account using your order number as reference. Items are reserved for 5 days; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that period.
Delivery
Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
Returns
Returns and the statutory right of withdrawal are described in our Returns Policy.
Refusing cash on delivery parcels
Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels without a valid reason may result in this payment method being disabled for your future orders.
Intellectual property
The Roots of Eagle name, logo, designs, images and texts on this website are our property and may not be used without written permission.
